Allí se exhibían piezas de Pablo Picasso realizadas en 1969 por el pintor malagueño. Llamó nuestra atención un rótulo que indicaba “Exposición Temporal”, anunciando que la mencionada estaría abierta al público hasta marzo del mismo año y que luego sería llevada de regreso a Europa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pensé en el término “Exposición Temporal” lo que implica por algún tiempo y expresa por tiempo limitado. Buscando un nombre para este libro, creí que le vendría bien “Exposición Social” y así quedó. Esto, porque en todo tiempo estamos frente a los ojos de los demás, como una obra dispuesta al público, una exposición permanente. Aunque no estemos presentes de manera física, en la web, habrá alguna referencia, alguien hablando de nosotros o nuestra marca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingresar a las redes sociales conlleva más que escribir de vez en cuando algún mensaje. Sin duda, son canales de comunicación que para beneficio o no, ventilan quiénes somos, qué hacemos y reflejan nuestra cosmovisión. La comunidad virtual a la pertenezcamos, sabe más de lo que dice el apartado: “acerca de”, “bio” o “información”, y esto a raíz de lo que hemos compartido en un tweet, en el muro o una etiqueta en una foto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Reputación Web se construye de manera muy sencilla, pues esta se basa en la Reputación Offline, es un traslado de la reputación tradicional a Internet. No existen fórmulas secretas, ni decálogos gurús, si se pudiese resumir en una palabra sería coherencia. A medida que se ascienden niveles en las organizaciones, se observa mayor presencia de los profesionales que realizaron carreras del ámbito de las ciencias económicas y empresariales.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A través del estudio se ha querido analizar la importancia que los profesionales del sector conceden a diferentes variables que inciden en la satisfacción laboral. Como tal vez cabía esperar, el salario es la variable más valorada por los encuestados.
